Want to do a photo walk with me in Sydney Harbour? Well now is your chance! I guide a group of 6-8 photographers to the most iconic locations for photos in Sydney Harbour. We do a 2-3 hour photo walk and participants bring their own cameras and tripods and we setup to take photos at spots I point out along the way. I do the walk 6:00-8:30pm so that we have a chance to shoo the gorgeous afternoon light and a sunset on the harbour. It’s a great time and I can answer any photo related questions as we go and point out some ideas to help spark some creativity. The hotspots I will show you are located around the Sydney Harbour Bridge, The Rocks area, The Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay where all the ferry boats are. The walk suits photographers of all walks of life from tourists, people new to Sydney and locals wanting to improve their photographic portfolio.
The walk is catered for every level of photographer and all are welcome! I want everyone to go home with some great images on the harbour and to learn something along the way whilst having a good time. You can be an amateur wanting to improve or mid-pro level photographer wanting to be shown the best spots to shoot on Sydney Harbour.
I do advise that you wear you comfortable walking shoes! because we walking pretty far in the 2.5hrs as there are lots of exciting places to visit.
What to bring? Please bring your own camera and a light weight tripod if you have it. The tripod will come in handy once the sun is setting so you can take longer exposure shots of the sunset over the water. If you don’t have a tripod don’t worry.
If you’ve seen the album of images in the link above and want some selfies shot in these spots that’s fine too, come along too and either myself or one of the other photographers on the walk can shoot them for you 😉
